What is Flo POS?
Flo is an all-in-one point-of-sale platform for restaurants and retail. It includes
fast billing for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery; a kitchen display system (KDS);
a built-in loyalty and rewards programme; real-time inventory tracking; and reporting
and analytics dashboards — all in a single app that works on any tablet.
Who is Flo POS built for?
Flo is designed for quick-service restaurants, cloud kitchens, fine-dining restaurants,
and ice cream parlours and dessert shops. It scales from a single counter to 50+ outlets.
Does Flo work offline?
Yes. Flo is offline-ready. Billing and order-taking continue uninterrupted during
network outages. Data syncs automatically once connectivity is restored.
Which devices and operating systems are supported?
Flo runs on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android tablets and phones, and any modern web
browser. The app is optimised for tablet use at the point of sale.
What integrations does Flo support?
Flo integrates with Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, Paytm, Google Pay, WhatsApp,
Shadowfax, MSG91, and JotForm. Additional integrations are added regularly.

How do I reset my password or recover my account?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us at
support@flopos.com and our team will verify your identity and assist you.
How is my data protected?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted servers. Flo does not
sell or share your business or customer data with third parties. Access is controlled
by role-based permissions so each staff member sees only what they need.
How do I delete my account or data?
To request account deletion or export your data, email us at
support@flopos.com with your registered business name and email address.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What support is available after I sign up?
All plans include email support at support@flopos.com.
